Affiliate Disclosure
Transparency is core to everything we do. Here's how our business model works.
TheSkinCare.Report may earn a commission from qualifying purchases made through outbound retailer links. These are standard affiliate partnerships with retailers including Amazon, Ulta, Sephora, and others.
Retailer links use sponsored attribution and do not change the price you pay. The commission is paid by the retailer, not by you.
Our scoring methodology (ExplainScore™) is entirely evidence-based. Affiliate relationships have zero influence on product rankings, scores, or editorial recommendations.
Products are evaluated using published clinical evidence, ingredient analysis, and formulation quality signals — never commercial considerations.
When you click a "Buy" or retailer link on a product page, you are directed to the retailer's website. If you complete a purchase, we may earn a small commission (typically 1–8% depending on the retailer and product category).
We clearly label outbound links and never disguise affiliate links as editorial content.
In accordance with FTC guidelines, we disclose all material connections with retailers. This page serves as our comprehensive disclosure statement.
If you have questions about our affiliate relationships, contact us at disclosure@theskincare.report.
